A painting is a wonderful way to capture your wedding day! Here are the details. I work with acrylics the day of your wedding and finish with oils to create that timeless work of art. I will arrive about 2 hours before the ceremony to set up and start sketching things out. I paint for about 8 hours at the venue and take everything home to my studio to finish. Each painting takes between 20-50 hours to finish, so I just can't finish the piece at your wedding. It takes about 2-3 months to finish the painting as it is done with oils and I have to wait for the paint to dry and then varnish the piece. I do ask for a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the cost when we book the day. The rest of the payment will be due a week before the scheduled event. Will I travel? Yes! A travel fee will be included, but I most definitely will travel to your destination.
