A painting is a beautiful way to immortalize your wedding day! Here are the details: I use acrylic on the day of your wedding and finish with oils to create a timeless masterpiece. I'll arrive about two hours before the ceremony to set up and start sketching. I paint for around eight hours at the venue and then take the piece to my studio, where I refine it over the course of 20-50 hours. As the final touches require time and varnishing, the painting will be completed in about 2-3 months. A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due a week before the event. I am happy to travel and a travel fee will apply. Live Wedding Guest
Portraits
Creating live wedding guest portraits is an exciting experience! It's a wonderful gift for your guests on your special day Each portrait is custom-painted with watercolor and outlined with pen on 5x7 cold press watercolor paper. I capture a photo of the guests and draw from it, allowing them to enjoy your reception while I work. They can return later to collect their artwork. Please note, I may not complete every portrait on-site; those unfinished will be completed in my home studio and mailed to the guests. The pricing is $15 for a single portrait and $20 for a couple. A minimum of 40 guests is required. For the couple, I’ll create a more detailed portrait on an 11x14 sheet of watercolor paper, including facial features if desired.
